Terms & conditions
This page is maintained by Full Circle Events and sets out the standard terms under which we agree bookings and talent applications. It is a working business document and not a legal certification. Please read it alongside our privacy statement.
About us
Full Circle Events is an entertainment and staffing agency providing dancers, performers, hostesses, content creators and event support for corporate, private, festival and club events. References to "we", "us" and "Full Circle Events" refer to the agency.
Enquiries and quotes
All enquiries are handled by email or through our website contact form. A quote is valid for the period stated in it and may be revised if the event brief, date, location or requirements change.
Confirming a booking
A booking is confirmed only when we have accepted your deposit (or full payment, where agreed) and issued written confirmation. Until that point, dates, talent and services are held on a provisional basis and may be released if another client confirms.
Deposits and payment
We typically require a deposit to secure a booking, with the balance due before the event date or as agreed in writing. Deposits are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us. Outstanding balances must be cleared in advance unless a separate written agreement has been made.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If you cancel a confirmed booking, the deposit is retained. Cancellations close to the event date may also incur costs for talent, travel, costume and rehearsal preparation already undertaken. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require a new quote.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate event information, safe working conditions, adequate space for performance, appropriate changing facilities, and any licences or permissions required for the venue. Failure to do so may affect our ability to deliver the service.
Talent and subcontractors
We may supply performers, hosts and crew directly or through our trusted network of freelancers and partner agencies. We remain responsible for coordinating them on your behalf.
Travel and expenses
Travel, accommodation, parking and subsistence expenses are charged at cost unless otherwise agreed in the quote. Where travel is required outside the original brief, additional costs may apply.
Liability
We carry appropriate public liability cover for our activities. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including venue restrictions, weather, illness, client-provided equipment faults or changes to the event schedule.
Images and content
We may use professional images and footage from your event for our portfolio, website and social media unless you tell us otherwise in writing. If you or your guests prefer not to be photographed, please let us know in advance.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Confirmed bookings are governed by the terms in place at the time of booking confirmation.
